The Firm was founded in 1979 by David Brain. From its inception its object has been to provide a comprehensive legal service to the rural community. Over the years the practice has developed and acquired a strong reputation in many legal areas, particularly in Family Law. It has primarily served the St Austell area but increasingly has drawn Clients from a wide radius across the county and because of this the decision was taken to open a Truro office where the brains tradition for sound legal advice will continue.
